Your field of work

We are immediately looking for a Sales & Marketing Associate to strengthen our commercial team. As a Sales & Marketing associate you are a crucial link in our Sales & Marketing team, and you shape the customer journey at Triskelion. Your main responsibility (70% – 80% of the workload) is the “inbound sales” process, and support the senior business development managers in the “outbound sales” process. Your tasks also include creating and activating market communication (online, print and events). You will be part of a team in which you will work with approximately 10 experienced and committed colleagues.

Your tasks

  • Responsible for conducting “inbound sales”, from handling customer information requests, drawing up and sending commercial proposals for standard products, to obtaining the order.
  • Supports the Business Development Managers in preparing complex sales offers, and coordinates the interface between the commercial team and internal experts and project managers.
  • Responsible for creating commercial materials, such as presentations, product sheets, white papers, blog posts and newsletters.
  • Ensures the activation of commercial materials via direct marketing campaigns, website, social media, news and trade media, and makes adjustments based on relevant marketing KPIs.
  • Conducts customer satisfaction surveys, and coordinates necessary actions to achieve high customer satisfaction, repeat business, and long-term customer relationships
  • Independently organizes marketing events, monitors the progress of the organization, participates in these events, and takes care of the follow-up of leads.
  • Responsible for conducting market research and identifying potential new customers.


Your profile

  • Educated at least at BSc level, for example in business administration, commercial economics, marketing and communication or consumer science.
  • Actively involved in proposing and implementing improvements.
  • Ability to work accurately, independently, collegially and service-oriented.
  • Able to solve customer problems and/or questions independently and as part of a team.
  • Curious about new developments in the market.
  • Ambitious, enthusiastic and flexible.
  • You pick up new tasks quickly and are critical of your work.
  • Not afraid to give feedback to colleagues and express your own opinion

  • This is a full-time position (40 hours, 32 hours can be discussed) with the prospect of a permanent contract;
