TNO Triskelion BV has built a long track record of using in vivo models in toxicology, with a recent extension to in vitro models. TNO Triskelion BV has the expertise to offer various research methodologies, including generation and monitoring techniques for gases, vapours and aerosols. Exposure durations vary from acute to chronic exposure, complying with OECD guidelines and conducted under GLP. Our lab is equipped to expose rodent and non-rodents by nose-only exposure or whole body exposure. Combinations of nose-only and whole body exposure can be incorporated in, for example, a 2-generation study to prevent intermitting the exposure of the pups.
